Law

There is currently three calls for proposals in law. One call is addressed to junior researchers, with a PhD that have innovative ideas, proven scientific excellence and high ambitions to develop their research. The second call is addressed to researchers who qualify for a fixed-term employment as a post-doctoral fellow at a Swedish university or research institute. The third call is addressed to researchers applying for a position as associate senior lecturers (biträdande universitetslektorat) at Lund University’s Faculty of Law.

Call for proposals

Associate senior lecturer in legal science

14 December 2016 – 8 February 2017 

The Ragnar Söderberg Foundation and Lund University are announcing at least two vacancies for associate senior lecturers (biträdande universitetslektorat) at Lund University’s Faculty of Law:

– in private law, preferably specialising in commercial law; private international law; or procedural law

– in EU law or public international law

Ragnar Söderberg project in law

1 November – 29 November 2016 at 15:00 CET

This call is addressed to junior researchers with a PhD that have innovative ideas, proven scientific excellence and high ambitions to develop their research. All of the researchers in the application must hold a Swedish PhD or an equivalent foreign degree awarded during 2005–2015. (This period can be extended by a maximum of 2 years to allow for eligible career breaks, which include continous periods of at least 1 month of parental leave or long-term illness.) All of the researchers must have established research at, or taken up contact with, a Swedish university or research institute.


 

Ragnar Söderberg postdoctoral fellowship in law

1 November – 29 November 2016 at 15:00 CET

This call is addressed to researchers that hold a Swedish PhD in law or an equivalent foreign degree awarded during 1 December 2014 – 29 November 2016 (the period can be extended by a maximum of 2 years to allow for eligible career breaks, which include continous periods of at least 1 month of parental leave or long-term illness). The researcher must qualify for a fixed-term employment as a post-doctoral fellow at a Swedish university or research institute according to current appointment procedure.

  • 11 April 2017 The Ragnar Söderberg projects and postdoctoral fellows in law will be presented
  • 18 May 2017 Event for the Ragnar Söderberg projects and postdoctoral fellows in law, in Stockholm
